The first session, titled “How an Exceptional Returns Experience Can Improve Your Profitability,” will take place on Wednesday, April 13 at 8:30 a.m. During the session Newgistics’ SVP of sales, Patrick Allard, and Multichannel Merchant’s chief content director and publisher, Ellen Shannon, will be joined by representatives from leading retailers including Title Nine and Ascena Retail Group. They’ll explore the importance of returns in the overall customer experience and how returns present opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and increase repeat business.
