With a 110 percent spike in volume between the busiest weeks before and during peak holiday delivery periods, Newgistics’ network scaled to meet increased demand. Cycle times through its ground delivery network – from receiving packages through delivery to consumers – remained strong, helping to keep retailers and their customers happy during the busy holiday season.

Ninety nine percent of the packages that retailers handed off to Newgistics by established cut-off dates were delivered to consumers by Christmas.

Peaks with no Penalties

During the peak 2015 holiday season, Newgistics accepted and processed 100 percent of the packages that its retail partners requested, never leaving parcels behind and/or putting a limitation on how much freight it would pick up through Christmas.
