Essentially, the solution moves returns processing closer to retailers’ customers, and Newgistics handles product inspections for brands to drive down their operational costs and reduce complexities.
Among the many benefits, retailers never have to deal with products that are being donated, destroyed or recycled; products that are being resold can get back into stock more quickly; and customers get speedier exchanges and refund credits so they can begin planning their next purchase immediately.
