Todd Everett

President and Chief Executive Officer

Todd Everett was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Newgistics in 2015, after a decade of holding other leadership roles within the company. Todd joined Newgistics in 2005, as Director of

Operations, with an accomplished background in supply chain management and logistics. Most recently, he served as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for the company’s parcel and fulfillment business, overseeing record growth. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of operations and sales for Newgistics’ parcel shipping and fulfillment solutions, and oversaw the company’s facilities, postal relationship, transportation network, and the development and execution of the sales strategy. Before joining Newgistics, Everett spent nine years at Intel Corporation, where he was responsible for the company’s outsourced transportation and logistics functions for North and South America.


Ben Wade

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ben Wade was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Newgistics in 2015, after serving two years as Vice President and Controller. He brings more than 20 years of financial leadership

experience to his role, most recently spending six years as CFO and co-founder of ProspX, an Austin, Texas-based software company focused on commercial risk management. Before leaving to found ProspX, Ben served as Newgistics’ Controller from 2005 through 2007, during a phase of rapid growth. He has also held roles as financial director for Trilogy Software, and various management positions at PWC. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas Christian University.

Nick Pellegrino

Executive Vice President and General Manager of Parcel & Fulfillment Services

Nick Pellegrino is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Parcel & Fulfillment Services at Newgistics, where he oversees all aspects of operations, sales, business development and account

management of the company’s Fulfillment services. His leadership and expertise in Industrial Engineering, Lean and Continuous Improvement enable Nick to provide innovative, cost-effective and value-added solution to Newgistics customers. Prior to Newgistics, Nick served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Inmar Supply Chain Services, managing a supply chain network with over 25 facilities. Nick’s 27 years of supply chain experience spans the areas of business development, fulfillment, reverse logistics, as well as manufacturing and remanufacturing. He has a BS in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In 2015, Nick was recognized by Supply and Demand Chain Executive Magazine as one of the “Pro’s to Know.”


James Bullock

Senior Vice President and General Manager of Digital Services

James Bullock is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Digital Services at Tacit Knowledge, a Newgistics company, where he oversees all aspects of the Digital segment of the business,

including P&L, sales and account relationships, delivery and business segment strategy. James began his 10-year relationship with Tacit Knowledge in 2006 in San Francisco, consulting for a number of Bay area start-ups and retailers. In 2009, James returned to London to launch and grow the Tacit U.K. business. By building strong partnerships with best-in-class product companies like Endeca, Adobe and SAP Hybris and hiring the best local talent to blend with Tacit’s engineering delivery teams in Moldova and Mexico, James has led Tacit to become one of the premium eCommerce consultancies in Europe, winning back-to-back Hybris SAP partner awards. Prior to Tacit, James worked as a technologist developing online systems to the Royal Bank of Scotland in London.

Stuart Spiegel

Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Stuart Spiegel serves as Newgistics’ Chief Marketing Officer where he provides executive leadership for all of the company’s marketing and product development initiatives to help retailers and brands

understand how they can make the most of every possible customer touchpoint. He has over 30 years of expertise in merchandising, marketing and operations, blending traditional retailing and wholesaling with cutting-edge technology and ecommerce expertise to build solid digital environments and business strategies. Prior to Newgistics, Spiegel was principal at the digital and business consultancy, Spiegel Partners LLC. He also held positions as Chief Digital and Marketing Officer at ghd (good hair day) and Vice President of Digital Commerce at Converse (a Nike company). Earlier in his career, Spiegel was responsible for developing the user experience, merchandise model and marketing campaigns to launch QVC’s online business, which became the first general department store on the web.


Gene Wojciechowski

Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Gene Wojciechowski joined Newgistics in 2015 and serves as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He has extensive experience in eCommerce and

supply chain technology through decades of working with both startups and industry leaders such as Walmart, Staples, GE, UPS, and Ford. Prior to joining Newgistics, Gene was Vice President, Technology at Staples, where he supported global order management, supply chain, and contract pricing systems, and provided support for Staples Advantage Canada, Australia, China, Taiwan, Brazil and Argentina. Before that he served as VP and CIO of for six years, and CIO of UPS Freight Services for more than six years. Gene has a 30 year track record of measurable success in both domestic and international eCommerce.

Gene has a BS degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from Towson University and an MBA degree from University of Maryland.

Patrick Allard

Senior Vice President of Sales

Patrick Allard is Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Newgistics, where he oversees all aspects of sales and business development for the company’s physical commerce

business, focusing on the profitable revenue growth of its delivery, returns and fulfillment platforms. During his ten years with Newgistics, Patrick previously served as Vice President of Parcel Sales in the eastern U.S. region and was instrumental in implementing the company’s sales and value creation processes which led to important new business acquisitions. Patrick also worked to improve the customer experience and lower logistical costs for several Newgistics customers. Prior to Newgistics, Patrick spent nearly 10 years at YRC Worldwide, Inc. as the Director of Business Development where he led a team of more than 25 sales executives and service center managers.


Brandie Clevenger

General Counsel and SVP of Human Resources

Brandie Clevenger is the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Newgistics. Brandie joined Newgistics in 2012 as a corporate attorney after working closely with the company

and serving as outside counsel in her role at the international law firm, DLA Piper. She has been an integral part of Newgistics’ success throughout her career with the company, leading to her current role of overseeing both legal and human resources functions. Prior to entering the legal field, Brandie spent five years at Cisco Systems. She holds a Bachelor degree from Texas Tech University and a Law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.


Edward Stashluk

Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President

Ed Stashluk was named CTO and Senior Vice President in 2015. Ed joined Newgistics at the company’s inception and has since brought impressive expertise to his work with Newgistics’ technology

architecture, along with distinguished leadership as a Software as a Service provider. Ed spent the first part of his career at IBM in semiconductor research and development and as an architect in IBM’s Global Services division. He has developed patented technology and led innovative technology development at Cirrus Logic, DSC/Alcatel, and Pervasive Software prior to joining Newgistics.


Tushon Robinson

Senior Vice President, Product and Innovation, Newgistics

Tushon Robinson is Senior Vice President of Product and Innovation at Newgistics where he oversees the creation and delivery of solutions that keep retailers ahead of the evolving eCommerce market.

Since joining Newgistics in 2001, Tushon has held leadership roles in customer integration and implementation, most recently serving as Vice President of Product and Sales Operations. Before joining Newgistics, Tushon was instrumental in several successful startup ventures, holding roles as Senior Software Engineer at Remedy Corporation, Manager of Content Development and Services at Motive Communications and Senior Product Specialist at ClearCommerce corporation. Prior to that he was recruited out of college by NASA Ames Research Center to help implement the National Research and Education Network (NREN), a high-speed fiber network connecting all of NASA’s grand challenge centers. Tushon holds a Bachelor degree in Systems and Computer Science from Howard University.
